In Agents of SHIELD season 3 substance called Terrigen gets into the planet's atmosphere causing more and more people turn into Inhumans. Skye and other agents find these mutated people and take them to a safe place where they are taught to control their powers to prevent chaos and destruction. But the SHIELD agents find out that they have secret competitors who also look for such people in order to use them in their own interests. But that's not all.
